HYDE BREAKS RECORD!


Short and sweet. Hyde in goal probably touched the ball more in 60 minutes than any other player has ever done. It must be a record.


A very strong Melton team dominated throughout and on a huge pitch The Jets looked very tired from the off.      


3-0 at half time, The Jets put up more of a battle and the subs Withers and Denham both looked dangerous, and were both rewarded with goals.  A 2-2 second half was slightly flattering to the boys, but Hyde in goal kept them in it time after time


The other player to come out with real credit was O'Kane. He played 3 positions during the 60 minutes and never once complained or dropped his head, and was the only player who got his foot in from start to finish, and won the man of the match award for his efforts.
